win1ph Terms & Conditions

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the win1ph website and platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and support services offered by win1ph. By accessing or using any part of the win1ph platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, terms, or conditions that may apply to individual games, promotions, or features on the win1ph platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

win1ph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the win1ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the win1ph platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of win1ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the win1ph platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

win1ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player — including underage players — are void and will not be paid out.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the win1ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering a win1ph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change. win1ph is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win1ph Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. win1ph will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.

You agree to notify win1ph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. win1ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

win1ph reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

win1ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions on the win1ph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the win1ph cashier section.

All funds deposited into your win1ph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. win1ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• win1ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

win1ph is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues outside of win1ph's control. All transactions are subject to applicable Philippine financial regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

win1ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all win1ph promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. win1ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• win1ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the win1ph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. win1ph is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all Filipino players.

Each game on the win1ph platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. win1ph is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, win1ph will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance. win1ph's decision in such matters is final.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available upon request. win1ph does not manipulate RTP settings on a per-player basis. All players experience the same certified RTP for each game title.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win1ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the win1ph platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to win1ph immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the win1ph platform or its infrastructure.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any win1ph software.

08 Account Suspension & Termination

win1ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. win1ph is not obligated to return funds where termination results from a breach of these Terms.

You may close your win1ph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

09 Responsible Gaming

win1ph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your win1ph account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the win1ph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

win1ph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to gamble on the platform. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated and all funds forfeited.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the win1ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of win1ph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the win1ph platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any win1ph content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on win1ph content.
• Use any win1ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any win1ph content on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of win1ph intellectual property may result in legal action. win1ph actively monitors for unauthorized use of its brand and content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, win1ph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the win1ph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond win1ph's control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or payout calculations that are subsequently corrected.

win1ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your win1ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The win1ph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. win1ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

win1ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a win1ph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

win1ph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and win1ph cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

win1ph will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with win1ph informally by contacting our customer support team. win1ph will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

win1ph operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved by win1ph may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

win1ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, win1ph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the win1ph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
